Return Criteria

Before initiating a return, kindly ensure that your product meets the following criteria:

– The product(s) should be purchased exclusively from www.thebayo.com.

– Return requests must be raised within 1 day from the date of delivery.

– Product(s) should be unused, unopened, and undamaged due to consumer negligence.

– All original packaging and invoices must be intact and returned with the product(s).

– We do not accept returns for consumer promotion items/freebies unless the wrong product has been delivered.

 

Return Scenarios

  1. Damaged External Packaging:

   If you notice any damage or tampering with the external packaging upon delivery, please do not accept the package. Instead, note your remarks on the courier delivery sheet and immediately inform us with your order details. For prepaid orders, we will initiate a refund within 4 working days upon receiving the returned product.

 

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product Delivered:

   If your product is received in poor condition, is defective, or is not the product you ordered, please contact us immediately. Our Customer Care Team will guide you through the return and refund process. Please do not return any product without confirmation from our team to ensure proper credit or refund.

 

Refund Process

– Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product. Upon acceptance of the returned product, we will refund the courier charges up to a maximum of Rs. 200/-.

– Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting us between 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at +91 7021942765 or via email at Info@thebayo.com.

– Refunds will be processed:

  – For credit card payments: Refunds will be credited to your credit card account within 5 to 7 working days.

  – For debit card/internet banking payments: The amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 to 14 working days.

 

Please note that the actual credit to your account may vary depending on your bank’s processing time. We typically initiate eligible refunds within 7 working days from receipt of the product(s) at our warehouse.
